After the interview has been successful, you can start training with your cadet. Before you begin any training, ensure they are in the Discord with the appropriate roles, and have the correct job role. Once they have all this, you are ready to proceed. You, as the Field Trainer, are responsible for setting the cadet up with their uniform and their equipment. Please note, the Cadet stab vest & short-sleeve are mandatory, and are used to identify them as new officers. The uniform can be found below, in the FTP Uniform Guidelines.
