To ensure we are up to date with where our cadets are within the stages of their training, we use a Cadet Logger which can be updated on the Active Cadets page on the website. This also makes your job as a trainer much easier.
The logger is self explanatory- it will show what stage the cadet is currently on within their training, what they have completed and what they have left to complete. It is vital that you update this as you are training the cadet. Simply tick the box under what the cadet has completed.
Please ensure you write an operation report at the end of each session. This allows you as the trainer to document the cadet’s progress, and also create a paper trail for any issues that may arise. These operations must be completed to a high standard.
